Garth was a NPCC Lead Auditor and has over 25 O&P and CIP audits under his belt as well as been an associate auditor on greater than 40 O&P and CIP audits in NPCC, SERC and WECC footprints and has performed a Compliance Investigation in WECC.
Prior to entering the compliance field Garth worked 13 years as Director of Operations for a G&T Cooperative where he had responsibility for power supply, reliability and trading for in the one year and in timeframe.
Garth worked for Ontario Hydro for 25 years completing his employment as a Senior System Operator (RC).
