Kim Pitchell was a NPCC Lead Auditor and has over 25 O&P and CIP audits under his belt as well as been an associate auditor on greater than 40 O&P and CIP audits in NPCC and WECC footprints. He has performed a Compliance Investigation in WECC and a Readiness Evaluation in the SPP footprint. Kim has been performing Compliance audits since 2007.
Kim worked for IESO Ontario Hydro for 32 years with various positions in Operations including 15 years on-shift in the System Control Center.
In addition to his skills as an auditor, his real time operations experience at a RC/TOP/BA provides a level of understanding and appreciation of the issues faced by USI customers and the industry at large
