Ryan grew up in a rural town in Connecticut. He attended the University of New Haven obtaining his BS in Criminal Justice: International Justice and Security, with a minor in Arabic Language Studies, as well as a MS in National Security: Information Protection and Security. After graduation, Ryan enlisted in the US Air Force and became an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician (EOD Tech). After just shy of four years Active Duty, Ryan transitioned to the Air Force Reserves, still serving as an EOD Tech. Ryan then spent time as a Research Assistant for the University of New Haven conducting deception and credibility research for the US Government. Afterwards, Ryan became a Security Consultant for IBM working in supply chain risk management for a trusted foundry. Ryan is now excited to join the team at Utility Services as a Security Analyst.
