Wayne was a NPCC Lead Auditor/Auditor (contractor) for 7 years and performed over 45 CIP audits. He has completed the NERC required auditor training.
Prior to retiring with 38 years’ experience at Duke Energy/Progress, Wayne was Director of Transmission Technology leading the Energy Management Systems area and bulk transmission technology areas. He has experience in transmission substation/relay maintenance and system operator training.
