Staff development and collaboration
USV continually invests in staff development to optimize and enhance our services. We can be found attending industry conferences throughout all NERC subregions, joining drafting teams, and leading webinars on evolving reliability standards.
We maintain physical office space to encourage collaboration and offer a hybrid work schedule to improve the flexibility and availability of our staff to ensure they are always prepared to serve your needs. We maintain staff in central Vermont, California, and Philadelphia.
