Do you have an ERO Portal account? Have you accessed it recently?

If so, please try logging in no later than July 12, 2019 (this coming Friday). When doing so, you should be prompted to install a multi-factor authentication app called DUO. If you aren’t able to access an existing account, or you do not receive a notice to install DUO, please open a highpriority ticket with the ERO Help Desk , who should be able to resolve either issue.

For now, only one ERO Portal account needs to be registered. Later in July, NERC will connect PCCs and Alternate PCCs to all relevant entities.
