A collaborative and flexible workplace
USV ensures that we maintain an inclusive and collaborative workplace. We maintain physical office space in northern Vermont where we focus on information sharing and solving problems together, but also offer flexibility with a hybrid work schedule, requiring most employees to be in the office only two days per week.
Since its inception, USV has ensured that family and personal life come first, and we continue to support that work-life balance. All clients are assigned a primary and secondary contact to allow for seamless coverage if a last-minute issue arises.
