Just a quick note that there is a new Section 1600 annual data request that will be due May 15. There is a link below to the NERC website which will have all the extra details including an excel worksheet containing all the information that will be collected. USV contact leads will be reaching out over the next couple of weeks to assist in filling these out.
For all of you who utilize the USV EOP-012 program doc, there is also an appendix that can be filled out which will summarize how your efforts this winter in operating during cold weather events. If you did not have any issues (no Generator Cold Weather Reliability Events), this will be an attestation that there are no changes needed to your cold weather plan. If there were issues, this will be a good place to document any needed upcoming changes (this is an actual Requirement in the standard: R6) and document the need for a Corrective Action Plan (also a Requirement: R7). The USV team will assist in filling this out as well. Please reach out with any questions.
